These Terms of Use apply to the Gwyn Play website. The mobile-application terms below provide general conditions for apps published by Gwyn Play Private Limited. A particular app, store listing, subscription or third-party service may include additional terms.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about Gwyn Play, browse its public app portfolio and submit a legitimate enquiry. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or use the contact form for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
Portfolio information is curated from public store listings and may change as applications are updated, renamed, transferred or discontinued. Store availability can vary by device and region.
Intellectual property
The website, Gwyn Play applications, trademarks, branding, software, text, graphics and other related intellectual property belong to Gwyn Play or their respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where applicable law or an express licence permits it.
Mobile-application licence
When you download or use a Gwyn Play application, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these terms, applicable store rules and any app-specific terms.
You must not attempt to extract source code, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with security, use an app unlawfully or misuse Gwyn Play trademarks.
App features and charges
Gwyn Play may change, add or remove app features and may offer paid functionality. Any charge will be presented through the relevant application or store before purchase. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are also governed by the terms of Google Play, Apple or the applicable payment provider.
Your device and connectivity
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible and reasonably secure device. Some features require internet access, and your network provider may charge for data or roaming. Gwyn Play is not responsible for device, network or third-party service limitations outside its control.
Rooting or jailbreaking a device can weaken platform protections and may prevent an app from working correctly.
AI-assisted features
Some applications provide AI-assisted generation, rewriting, analysis or creative tools. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other qualified advice. Detection or probability-based results are estimates, not proof of authorship or authenticity.

Updates and availability
Platform requirements change over time. Gwyn Play may release updates, and continued use may require installing them. We may also suspend or discontinue an app or feature. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not promise that every app will remain available or compatible with every operating-system version indefinitely.
